Clare Ellen Studio is proud to be a
'Clare made a delicious three tier cake (each tier a different flavour) for us, as well as some vegan cupcakes. All of the cakes were beautifully moist with just the right ratio of cake to icing in every slice, as each tier had multiple layers of sponge and icing, which meant that every piece of cake had both sponge and icing.
The decoration was absolutely beautiful and Clare made the sugar flowers exactly as we had discussed - they matched the bouquet just as we had hoped. Clare had drafted three options to decorate the cake, which was helpful as we had a general idea of what we wanted (number of tiers, colours, flowers somewhere) but were open to suggestions of the exact decoration, so having three options to choose from was perfect for us.
I absolutely recommend Clare to anyone who is looking for a truly delicious and beautiful wedding cake!'
